Privacy notice

The ForgeRFQ sales site is operated by Gao-Sijie. This notice concerns the ForgeRFQ sales site and communications about the template. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to forgerfq@foxmail.com. The separate template demo is a fictional manufacturing example; its RFQ is a local simulation and must not be used for real personal details or confidential drawings.

The sales site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Requests needed to serve its pages pass through Cloudflare’s hosting infrastructure. Cloudflare’s privacy notice and applicable data-processing terms describe its handling of data in providing its services.

The separate template demo remains hosted by Framer. Framer’s privacy information applies to processing it controls independently.

If you email forgerfq@foxmail.com, the correspondence can include your email address, any name you provide, your message, attachments and, when relevant, an order number. The intended uses are to answer your question, provide product support and investigate a refund request. Email is transmitted and stored through the service operating this mailbox.

Please send only information needed for the request. Do not email passwords, payment-card details or confidential production drawings.

There is no active checkout on this sales site. Future checkout is planned through Waffo Pancake, subject to provider approval and activation. If enabled, checkout may process buyer contact, billing, payment and order information as described in the provider’s privacy notice. Checkout has not been enabled for ForgeRFQ; this site currently provides no payment collection flow.

The planned seller workflow uses the purchase contact and order information needed to provide the Remix link and documents, check delivery and handle support or refunds. Payment details should be entered only in the checkout provided for that purpose, not sent by email.

The sales page has email links rather than a contact form, file-upload field or newsletter signup. Opening an email link does not send a message automatically. The mock RFQ in the separate demo does not submit a request to the seller. Any future collection form or marketing signup would require its own accurate disclosure before use.

Analytics, scripts, embeds and any future checkout may have their own data-processing and cookie behaviour. The relevant information and controls apply when those services are used. The separate Framer template demo may operate differently from this sales site.

This notice does not represent the entire site as cookie-free or as collecting no visitor information.

The proposed approach is to keep support and order information only for the time needed to handle the request, provide delivery and refunds, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations. Relevant factors include whether a support issue remains open, whether a refund or dispute is unresolved and whether a legal retention obligation applies.

The intended service recipients are the sales-site host, the email-service provider and, if checkout is enabled, Waffo Pancake and its payment service providers. The separate template demo uses Framer. Each provider’s own processing may also be covered by its terms and privacy information.

The template operator is based in mainland China, while hosting and payment providers may process information in other countries. A visitor’s email or future purchase information may therefore be handled outside the visitor’s country.

Any safeguards, notices or consent required for the actual transfer must be addressed before that processing takes place. The providers’ privacy and data-processing information describes their own arrangements.

You can contact forgerfq@foxmail.com to ask about information held in connection with your support request or future order. Depending on the law that applies, rights may include access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restrictions or objections to processing, and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

The information reasonably needed to identify the relevant correspondence or order may be requested when handling a request. Rights and response deadlines under applicable law remain unaffected. For processing that a service provider controls independently, that provider’s privacy notice explains its contact and request procedures.
