Terms of sale
Terms of sale
Prepared 11 October 2026. Purchases are not yet available. These terms describe the template and planned purchasing arrangements.
About ForgeRFQ
The ForgeRFQ sales site is operated by Gao-Sijie ("we", "us" or "our").
ForgeRFQ is the product name of an English-language Framer template for CNC and precision-manufacturing websites. For product questions, support or refund requests, contact forgerfq@foxmail.com.
Product scope
The template provides native Framer page layouts, editable text and CMS content, decorative code components and accompanying documentation. Changing custom SVG geometry, animation logic or the RFQ demo logic requires code editing.
The RFQ is a local demonstration. It does not send enquiries, upload files, create CRM records or calculate quotations. The supplied company, case and manufacturing content is illustrative.
Ordering and payment
Purchases are not yet available. The standard price is $19 USD one-time payment. Checkout is not active on this site.
Future checkout is planned through Waffo Pancake, subject to provider approval and activation. Before payment becomes available, the checkout will identify the payment provider, price, currency, taxes and payment terms. Product delivery and product support remain the template provider’s responsibility.
Delivery and access
The intended delivery is a Framer Remix link and the accompanying documentation. The Remix link is used to create an editable copy in the buyer’s own Framer workspace. A Framer account and a suitable site plan may be needed for the buyer’s intended use. Delivery details will be provided before checkout is enabled.
Template and third-party rights
The applicable product licence will be stated before purchase. This pre-launch page does not itself grant a template licence.
Fonts, platform functionality and other third-party materials retain their applicable terms. The supplied asset notes explain the concept imagery and relevant sources. A template purchase does not transfer ownership of Framer or its platform software.
Adapting the template
Before publishing a business website, replace fictional information and verify your own claims, images and permissions. Real enquiry collection requires a receiving service and a privacy notice that matches the resulting data flow. Hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions are separate from the template.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The template is supplied as described at purchase. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with third-party changes or integrations beyond those expressly described for the product, or particular business, search-ranking or conversion results.
Framer, hosting services and any payment platform are operated by third parties. Where applicable law permits, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by those providers and outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility for our own acts or omissions.
Where applicable law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the template or sales site.
The exclusions in this section do not cover fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence. They do not reduce our obligation to supply the product as described, provide promised support or honour the Refund Policy, or limit any liability, consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Breach and termination
These terms govern use of the sales site and any purchase made under them. You must comply with these terms, applicable law and any licence agreed for your purchase. These terms do not create a subscription or set a template licence’s duration. Any liability for a breach is determined under applicable law.
Where we have reasonable grounds to conclude that you have materially breached these terms, we may proportionately restrict or suspend access to affected services we control. We will explain the reason, give reasonable notice and, where the breach can be remedied, a reasonable opportunity to do so. We may act promptly where necessary to address serious unlawful activity, fraud or an immediate security risk, or to comply with law. In that case, we will explain the action as soon as reasonably practicable unless prohibited by law.
A template licence may be terminated only where that licence and applicable law permit. If it is lawfully terminated, you must stop using and distributing the template to the extent required by that licence and applicable law. We cannot automatically remove a Framer project you have already remixed.
Suspension or termination does not by itself remove any existing refund entitlement, accrued claim or other right under the Refund Policy or applicable law.
Support and refunds
For support and refund requests, email forgerfq@foxmail.com. The owner-approved refund policy sets out the 14-calendar-day conditional request window, the 3-business-day response commitment and the 5-business-day remedy period after the necessary investigation information is received. Statutory rights take priority. Read the full policy for its conditions and process.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
