ForgeRFQ refund policy

Contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase if:

• You cannot obtain or access the purchased template.
• The template has a major defect that materially affects normal use.
• The delivered content differs materially from the description provided at the time of purchase.

The 14-day period is the request window for this voluntary policy. It does not shorten any statutory claim period or limit any remedy available under applicable law. It is not an unconditional change-of-mind refund offer.

For customer support and refund requests, email forgerfq@foxmail.com. Include your order number and a description of the problem. We may ask for the information reasonably needed to investigate it.

We will respond to support and refund requests within 3 business days. This initial response is separate from the resolution period below.

If we can restore access, redeliver the template or repair the problem, we will do so within 5 business days after receiving the information reasonably necessary to investigate it. If we cannot resolve the qualifying problem within that period, we will provide a full refund.

Where applicable law entitles you to a refund without first allowing redelivery or repair, that right takes priority. This process does not delay a refund that the law requires directly.

If a duplicate charge is verified, we will refund the duplicate amount. The 14-day voluntary request window does not prevent correction of a duplicate charge.

We do not offer an additional refund solely because you change your mind, cancel your project or prefer a different visual style.

A clearly disclosed feature or cost is not, by itself, a mismatch with the product description. This includes the template's mock-only RFQ flow and separately disclosed third-party subscription costs. The RFQ demonstration does not send enquiries or upload files.

These conditions do not override your statutory rights. Downloading or remixing the template is not, by itself, a reason to refuse a refund you are entitled to receive.

We do not charge a refund handling fee or deduct payment-processing fees from the refund due to you. The time until the funds reach you depends on the payment channel and financial institution.

After a full refund of the template purchase, you must stop using and distributing the template and delete the copies in your possession or control. A payment refund does not automatically remove a Framer project you have already remixed; you are responsible for removing those copies.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If this policy conflicts with those rights, the applicable legal requirements take priority.
